Network Switches

Has anyone tried to use the switch portion of a MiktoTik router to do the WiFi to WAN (Internet) connection?
The router connects to the internet and has provision for a few ports to be configured as vLAN so it should be able to at least bridge the BulletM2
to the internet for temporary tunneling applications. I am current using an RB750 inexpensive router.

How can I restore the wi-fi?  I see no way to set the country or status 

I just boIught a hAP AC2 and I am trying to load the firmware. I got the rb.elf file to load but I can't find the device by putting in 192.168.1.1 to go further to load the sysupgrade.bin file.  Has anyone had this issue before?
 

Trying to load the firmware and below is what I received from tinypxe. I cannot connect to the aredn admin at 192.168.1.1 page now, so am questioning if it loaded the firmware correctly. I have tried clearing cache, recycling power on the router, resetting the rj45s in the router and computer, all to no avail.
