Has anyone come up with a standard to implement DNS for our LAN connected AREDN nodes ?

For those who are deploying Ubiquiti equipment, what is the general consensus as to what are you naming the SSID? I have seen both AREDN and BroadbandHamnet. I know that the SSIDs must be the same in order to talk to each other.

I'm in Cedar Hills toward the northeast end of the valley.  My node used to stay connected fairly reliably to the node on Lake Mountain, but that is no longer the case.  I don't think it has connected in over a month.  Is that node down?  Or has the configuration changed?  I'm using SSID AREDN, channel -2, bandwidth 10MHz.

Antelope Island Nodes still up?

I haven't been connected to the mesh for about 9 months.  Just trying to get my equipment reinstalled, but I noticed that I can't seem to reach Antelope Island, also I see it is missing now from the mapping tool (which is often out of date anyway).

Can anyone confirm if it is up?  Otherwise I may just have foliage in my way.

If so, what is the channel/channel width?

I took my M2 Rocket w/ 120° sector antenna, and NanoBridge M5 up to the East side of Bountiful just north of the "B".  I was able to "see" several 2 Ghz nodes. including the two omni bullets that are behind my garage and a row of pine trees, but could not see any 5 Ghz nodes.  I tried pointing towards Antelope Island and to the North, as well as South West towards SLC and Farnsworth Peak.  Nothing either Mesh or WiFi scan.  The NBM5 is on channel 182, 23 mwatts, and SSID=AREDN.  I did the download from the web site on Saturday, so i think it is up to date. 
​  Any suggestions?
