Connecting to MySQL DB on the mesh from outside the mesh

Forums:
I have a Pi running MeshMap within the Mesh.
I also have MeshMap installed on my 192.168.1.x outside the Mesh. I am trying to connect from this copy of MeshMap to the MySQL database running on the Pi.
I have a Netgear GS105Ev2 between the 192.168.1.x network and the 10.64.x.x network. The switch is using VLAN. I have a tunnel server on one of my local nodes and it is functioning A-OK.
How do I get the port 3306 routed between 192.168.1.x and 10.64.x.x ????
Thanks,
Tom

Official AREDN Map - updates

Forums:

Just a list of changes I have done to the official AREDN map page recently.

Note:
The Official AREDN Map can be found here: http://usercontent.arednmesh.org/K/5/K5DLQ/livemap2.html
This should not be confused with my other MeshMap project. They are 2 different things.

Question about Meshmap and/or Feature request

Forums:

Greetings,

While I was playing around with the MeshMap on one of my nodes, I got an interesting idea to somehow output a KML file for Google Earth.  I started writing a python program to go thru the MeshMap SQL database and build a KML file.

This is what I've got, so far:

Setting up EmCommMap and having issues.... Lots of issues...

Forums:
Hi, everyone,

So, I've followed the steps at https://github.com/DanRuderman/EmComMap and have it working sort-of. If I have my install set at "local", everything works. But, when I change it to "my-install", I get "Page cannot be reached" errors. Specifically, I get "Connection Refused" errors.

Here's what my config.js looks like (note, I'm only showing you up to part of the "local" section, because that all works):

Official AREDN Map submission tool

Forums:

This tool, from K5DLQ, will allow you to submit your nodes lat/lon info to the AREDN Map without the node having to be able to get to the internet
You use this tool from another computer, running windows, that is connected to the internet. Not from the node you want to submit.

Can't upload to official AREDN map

Forums:
I've got a bunch of different devices (CPE510, CPE210, hAP, SXTsq5, AR750, LHG), with current firmware, and no matter how I setup the networking/WAN/LAN I can't get them to let me get on the map. I can download firmware and packages, just no map.
The Find Me! button never works for me, tried on PC and Android phone. I can enter the info manually and the node will show up on my internal map. The Upload button is always grey.

Deployment Maps

Forums:
Here is a place to post notices of your local and regional deployment maps, as suggested by Chuck NC8Q
If you are describing a TEMPORARY deployment, please note that clearly and identify the starting and ending dates of the network deployment.
