Nightly 654 wiping Lat / Long info

FYI - Out of 13 nodes updated from 648 to 654, every single one lost lat / long information. I had to manually re-enter it after the update to 654 and was able to save it on the first attempt.
This included Rocket M3 XM, Rocket M5 XM, Rocket M5 XW, GLiNet AR750 and USB150, Mikrotik hAP and both 2GHz and 5GHz LHGs.
Has been reported on GitHub as well.

The fix is under review now. 
The fix is under review now.  (I may have uncovered another defect or two based on the solving this.)  - thinking positive.
Anyone who upgraded to nightly 654 (and wants to test this), should:
  • roll back to a prior nightly build (or released build)
  • set their lat/lon/gridsquare values (Apply location settings) and (Save Settings)
  • Upgrade to the new nightly once this PR is merged.
