I'm using an Ubiquiti AirRouter HP to provide Internet access to my node. However, despite having an IP address from my router, it is not providing Internet service. It is connected directly to my cable modem via Ethernet, but the Internet is just not available.
I'm told that I need to configure it as a bridge adapter, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that in the AREDN software.

The WAN port of my AirRouter is connected to my Internet source (through a POE adapter--my router does not provide power over Ethernet). It worked fine with the stock AirOS firmware.
The computer is connected to Ethernet port 1 on the AirRouter. It cannot even get an IP address via DHCP from the router. Using that wired connection gets me nowhere.
The router *is* visible on the rest of my home network (that is, through my cable router).
My problem was a badly configured Thunderbolt Ethernet adapter. I had to delete it and re-add it. And the Internet problems were due to losing the physical link layer between the cable modem and the AirRouter.
Pretty much everything works on wires now. I still need to figure out to do things over RF.
This is unlike the Windows computer, which had no problem accessing the Internet off the same cable.
