Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M900
Hi,
Recently I tuned this device to channel -2 (Frequency 2397). It worked and I was able to join the mesh. So I'm just wondering if there's any downside of this or anybody tried this before?

The 900MHz devices and the 2.4GHz Ubiquiti devices are the same motherboard, except the 900MHz devices have a down converter added.   I'd speculate we don't have the boardID on this specific device to have the right AREDN firmware settings (it's not yet supported).   If this is the case, then please load AirOS back:

1) using telnet or ssh, login to the device with user = ubnt and password = ubnt at IP address 192.168.1.20 .
2) "cat /etc/board.info" file and copy-paste and post back here.
3) "dmesg" and copy-paste output back here.

This might also open the possibility for the device to transmit out-of-band.  900 MHz is only 25 MHz wide in the US--that's 5 channels of 5 MHz each and technically only 1 entirely in band at 20 MHz bandwidth.  I can't vouch for other countries.  Please use caution when you see the Unsupported Device banner.
