I just got a used Ubiquiti Rocket M5 with an older version of AREDN on it.
I need to know what firmware to use for it.
In trying to reset Password/DHCP it became unresponsive.
I was able to get it into TFTP mode so I tried the following firmwares:
Somewhere this all sounds familiar on another Ubiquiti product 6 months ago but I cannot find the post, it was either a Loco M2 or M5.
If anyone knows themagic I'd like to get this out of my office and up an a pole.
Thanks in advance.

I was able to get it into TFTP mode so I tried the following firmwares:
- aredn-4.26.1.0-ath79-generic-ubnt_rocket-m-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin but it failed to install.
- aredn-4.26.1.0-ath79-generic-ubnt_rocket-m-squashfs-factory.bin and all looks good on the LEDs but no network access.
- aredn-20260114-645ce2e7-ath79-generic-ubnt_rocket-m-squashfs-factory.bin, looks the same as prior, no network access.

From TFTP mode those 2 factory.bin files are correct.
What do you mean 'no network access'?
What network did you try? 192.168.1.x?
https://docs.arednmesh.org/en/latest/arednGettingStarted/firstboot_setup...
"After you have installed the AREDN® firmware and rebooted the device, the node will have a default IP address of 192.168.1.1."

I tried pinging 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.20 with the PC at 192.168.1.15.
I installed AREDN, from ping-pong LEDs to blinking data and then scilon LEDs.
Then Power, blinking data (second LED) and after a good wait the third LED (Red) blinks maybe 3 second cycle after maybe a few minutes.
Tried pinging with no results.
Just to make sure I power cycled the Rocket with the same results.
