Updating firmware - upload button remains greyed out

Updating firmware - upload button remains greyed out
Hi all
I am trying (rather late, I know!) to upgrade the firmware in my Ubiquiti Nano M XW routers to the latest build. I've managed this no problem with one of the routers.
The other one, however, is proving more of a challenge. I click 'Browse', choose the .bin file, and choose 'open' in my file manager. The filename is then printed on the dashboard; however the 'Upload' button remains grey and I can't click it.
I did wonder whether there was a way of initiating the update from within the command line of the router?
Please can someone advise? Screenshot below.

Gradual updates
Michael, going from that old of a firmware to latest will probably require at least a couple intermediate updates.  Give it a shot.

From Babel to release 4.26.1.0
Yes, there was a warning if going from babel to the 4.26.1.0 release, but I would have thought some information as to the sequence of loads to nodes on the system  to allow connectivity?  I updated my HaP and nodes for our local area to match the "Main" node that is part of our Ventura system (Rasnow site) which has the 4.26.1.0 update.  I can't get to the node running babel to Rasnow, so I will have to get the node owner to download and update  4.26.1.0 to his location to reconnect to Rasnow.  I wonder if the next nightly will fix this to allow me back in to update the systems in my area?
