Unable to get AREDN address on newly flashed hAP ac2
Boy this one is weird ... got a new hAP ac2 and started working on it.  Re did the factory settings to allow tinypxe to work, got it flashed, got to the first AREDN screen at 192.168.1.1 then got so far as to put in the node name and password.  Great ... and the screen told me to change my ethernet card to automatic (done this before) and warned me I would connect with a 10.X.X.X address ... all looks good.

After reboot ... ipconfig show I am still on a 192.168.1.X address even though I've changed the card settings, and re-connected all the cables.  I can still connect to the hAP2 at 192.168.1.1 so something did not configure correctly.  I reflashed with sysupgrade, then tried V7 (who knows?) and nothing changes the hAP2 ip address to an AREDN address.  I can start configuring things, but the main page also shows it is providing DHCP in the 192.168.1.X range ... rebooting everything gives the same result.

I'm stuck.  I am willing to SSH into the thing if needed to reset network stuff, but don't know what to look for.  The support data is attached

Thanks,  Ed

Tried again this am.  The hAP2 still is available on 192.168.1.1 only.  I tried plugging port 1 into my home router and it does not pick up a connection.  I logged into the hAP2 and tried to look in more detail at Network Settings and got this back

Is there an obvious fix?  Start from the beginning and TinyPXE?  Try a nightly?  I could really use some guidance on this one.

Is this error message showing me there is an extra space in that line?

Update ... I got lucky but
Update ... I got lucky but don't know what was wrong.  I decided to apply the latest nightly (not Babel only) and tell it to NOT save the existing settings.  During the reboot it told me a 10. address would be next (like it did last time) but this time I could ping it and it responds to http://localhost.local.mesh:8080 like it should.  So something installed wrong the first time go figure.  The new support file is attached in case it helps.

More weirdness ... I created the support file but now this website won't let me upload it.  It worked yesterday.  Is there something seriously wrong with this device?

Interesting.  The error
Interesting.  The error message is similar, but in your example relates to a tunnel rather than network settings.

I was just about to connect this via a tunnel as I work on it.  It will be interesting to see if I get the message like you show.
