Boy this one is weird ... got a new hAP ac2 and started working on it. Re did the factory settings to allow tinypxe to work, got it flashed, got to the first AREDN screen at 192.168.1.1 then got so far as to put in the node name and password. Great ... and the screen told me to change my ethernet card to automatic (done this before) and warned me I would connect with a 10.X.X.X address ... all looks good.
After reboot ... ipconfig show I am still on a 192.168.1.X address even though I've changed the card settings, and re-connected all the cables. I can still connect to the hAP2 at 192.168.1.1 so something did not configure correctly. I reflashed with sysupgrade, then tried V7 (who knows?) and nothing changes the hAP2 ip address to an AREDN address. I can start configuring things, but the main page also shows it is providing DHCP in the 192.168.1.X range ... rebooting everything gives the same result.
I'm stuck. I am willing to SSH into the thing if needed to reset network stuff, but don't know what to look for. The support data is attached
Thanks, Ed

Is this error message showing me there is an extra space in that line?
Ed
More weirdness ... I created the support file but now this website won't let me upload it. It worked yesterday. Is there something seriously wrong with this device?
I was just about to connect this via a tunnel as I work on it. It will be interesting to see if I get the message like you show.
