CPE 210 v 1.0
It's been a long time since I first installed AREDN software on my CPE 210 v1 (still running!) but I seem to recall that I was able to install 3rd party software from the native UI.

Here's the procedure to install OpenWrt on a CPE210.  It should be the same with AREDN:
  1. Connect the TP-Link CPE210 with your computer via ethernet
  2. Set the IP address of your computer to 192.168.0.10 with a subnetmask of 255.255.255.0
  3. Open your browser, go to https://192.168.0.254 and accept the invalid certificate
  4. Log in with user “admin” and password “admin”, change the password in the next step
  5. Go to the “System” tab and upload the OpenWrt firmware in the “Firmware Update” section and select “Restore” in the dialog promted
  6. Follow official OpenWrt setup instructions (e.g. IP address of the device is now 192.168.1.1)
Good luck!

Make sure you know how to

Make sure you know how to recover to the Vendor Firmware.

I have created an OpenWrt Version that should run on your device.
Download the file here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1phabE6JR9CHrXVlzd56bfKvLDulNWswe/view?usp=sharing

Unzip it and install the factory.bin using the Pharos Software.

Once it has installed and rebooted you can connect to the device using SSH or PUTTY on ip 192.168.1.1

Copy the Aredn Sysupgrade software for the CPE210 V1 to the device using SCP or PSCP into the /tmp folder

Upgrade the device to the AREDN software using the following command
sysupgrade -v -n /tmp/<Aredn_Firmware_filename.bin>

Once it has installed procees as normal

Once you have downloaded the image from the link I sent please let me know so I can delete it to free up space on my Google drive.
