Here are two procedures for submitting comments on FCC 3 GHz Docket 19-348. The first is for AREDN Users and Implementers and second is for Agencies that use your network. You are free to modify the text of these templates... each of you will be creating a personal copy.
Procedure for an AREDN USER submitting an FCC Comment using the template:
- Click this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cvim-aoJ5XNLTCvWua1cgRr9UeO99Z2sBCCZWxDUnQc/copy
- When prompted by GoogleDocs, click Make a Copy
- Fill out the comment form fields in the GoggleDocs template
- Click File, Download, PDF (remember where you save it)
- Go to the FCC Comment page: https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings
- Enter the Proceeding ID: 19-348
- Enter the fields identified as "required"
- Open Windows File Explorer and find the PDF you just downloaded
- Drag the PDF into the Upload Documents area of the FCC form
- Click "Continue to review screen"
- Complete the remaining FCC prompts and submit the comment
Procedure for an AGENCY submitting an FCC Comment using the AREDN template:

- When prompted by GoogleDocs, click Make a Copy
- Fill out the comment form fields in the GoggleDocs template
- Click File, Download, PDF (remember where you save it)
- Go to the FCC Comment page: https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings
- Enter the Proceeding ID: 19-348
- Enter the fields identified as "required"
- Open Windows File Explorer and find the PDF you just downloaded
- Drag the PDF into the Upload Documents area of the FCC form
- Click "Continue to review screen"
- Complete the remaining FCC prompts and submit the comment
