Supernode ?
Hello everyone.

I'm new to Supernode,

and I'm having trouble with a simple configuration procedure.

Could you help me get a green dot to appear on the map and make "Supernode (ACTIVE)" appear on the AREDN webpage?

Despite several attempts, I haven't been able to do it.

Here's a link to the steps I'm taking to configure my Mikrotik   AC3  router.

This will make it easier for everyone to visualize the process I'm following.

Thank you all.

Why SUPERNODE or Green?
Hi, Luc:

I do not see a need for a supernode until a LAN approaches 100 nodes.

Why are you seeking a supernode?

Hi Chuck,
Hi Chuck,

I'm planning to build a network of several repeater sites in the Appalachian Mountains, all connected to each other via 5 GHz "DISH" antennas, and later to 2.4 GHz antennas for local access.

Tunnels
I'm fairly new as well so take my opinions with a grain of salt :)

I see from the presentation that you have 2 tunnels configured, where are these tunnels going to?
As I understand it a super node should only have tunnels to other super nodes
If you want to link to other normal nodes then it needs to be over DtD links

I'm not sure if this would have anything to do with it fully stopping responding but eliminate everything else first
