Status Display

Thought I would show some experimenting that I have been doing.  The development team can adopt as they see fit.  Open to suggestions:

- Added a local club logo on the top right (This actually appears on all pages)
- Added Lat/Lon/Gridsquare display
- Added your IP display
- Added a map display
  This is the web static MVMA map.  I hope to make it more more dynamic and specific to the lat/lon when I figure out how to do this
