Static Devices (ESP32 Arduino)

Static Devices (ESP32 Arduino)
I have connected a OLIMEX ESP32-POE to one of my nodes and reserved and address for it.  I can ping the device but the web interfaces shows a warning triangle "Not Found".  What could cause this?

Local Service?
Did you configure it as a Local Service?   I don't think DNS will find it if you don't.

Not sure what local service
Not sure what local service is?  Is that set in the node, or something I have to set in the device?
