snmp
I was wondering if one of the developers or some other knowledgeable person could point me to a reference or config file where the snmp objects under 3.15.1.0 are defined. I couldn't find any XX.mibs files on the node and I'm trying to track down some file I can use as a starting point to have a list of useful oids. I am familiar with some of the oid I use (under snmp v1 public) with some big HP routers and some servers (mostly Intel linux boxes) some of them work such as .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 for measuring uptime but some of them don't such as .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.7.1 which on some intel linux boxes gives free disk space. snmpwalk gives me quite a bunch of data and I'd like to be able to know what the various numeric entries sent that are available. I'm trying to expand my Nagios configuration for monitoring node and server health and performance. I hope my question makes sense. Just point me in the right direction and I'll do the rest to figure it out.
