I'm currently looking at adding some outside equipment to my existing setup.
My QTH is at a reasonable height and I want to setup as if it was a high site (for experience and it might actually provide some useful coverage)
I am looking at using Ubiquiti LBE-5AC-Gen2 for the other ends of the links (mainly because I have more experience with Ubiquiti and they seem to represent good price/performance)
Antenna wise for the "high site" I will likely use 3 x 120 degree sector antennas but will choose these after I decide on the actual radio hardware.
Based on the above what would you recommend for the radio hardware (I would have a slight preference for Ubiquiti but am flexiable)
Considering the LAP-120 the main downside is if I want to swap for narrower sectors then it is a full replacement rather than just replacing an antenna
Thanks in advanse for any recommendations.

For use with Ubiquiti sector antennas the Ubiquiti Rocket 5AC Lite is the radio of choice; it's 802.11ac and clips neatly on the back of the sector antenna.
A comment about sector antennas - a 120 degree sector antenna is 6 dB down at the edges of the sector. Recommend you overlap them by 20-30 degrees for consistent coverage. That means if you want 360 degree coverage you really should use 4 120 degree sector antennas.
Hope this helps.
