AREDN 4.26.1.0

I see 'Pending changes: 2 [Commit] [Revert]' pop up on my node without my recollection of changing anything.

Anyone else seeing this?

I've seen this behavior
Yesterday I connected to an LHG 5HPnD-XL I hadn't visited in a while, and saw "Pending changes: 5". I thought perhaps I just forgot to commit during a firmware upgrade a few weeks earlier. It's running 4.26.1.0
