Online Map - develop builds

Hi all,
Today, K1KY discovered a small issue with the way nodes are reporting to the online map.
When posting to AREDN servers, the map pins were being duplicated incorrectly.

This was due to the way the node's MAC address is being reported in the develop builds.  (uppercase/lowercase)
This has now been corrected in the map server (and in future develop branch builds)

The following map pins/nodes were deleted in order to clean the map server data.  All of these where running develop builds...
