From the help on the node inside Network ...
OK, this implies I can change the mesh address ... but I want to know if I can change the basic LAN address on a node. I can't find that anywhere.
I admin a site that has a LOT of services with 29 hosts DHCP, no tunnels, and part 15 wifi all running from a hAP ac lite. The load average never seems to go below 1.0 and we are planning on more network traffic going thru this site and adding more AREDN nodes.
I believe it would be wise to update this to a hAP ac2 or ac3. But I don't want to have to go into the ProxMox and all the various cameras, etc and redo the LAN ip addresses. Is there a way to redo a new hAP with the same LAN address and size as the old hAP, and plug everything in and continue working?
Once the services are advertised I understand they are found by users via host name ... but some of the features in ntp and in Proxmox it seems would be a pain to have to update the ip addresses and you have to do this CAREFULLY ... so I'm asking if I can shortcut this work by manipulating the LAN addresses.

The primary address of this AREDN node. This will always be of the form 10.X.X.X. The address is generated automatically based on hardware information so it will always be the same even if you reinstall this node from scratch. You shouldn't have to change it.
