No Supernode in Texas?
I've been looking at AREDN for awhile and now that I'm in a spot to start deploying it I notice that there's no Supernode in Texas and want to see if there's a need to set one up here.   The space is a data center with BGP and multi homing.   I'd also like to connect to this at home but still need to acquire the hardware to do so, that's soon.

Is there a need for a centralized node in the USA right now?

I'm on board for a TX Super Node

I've been educating myself on the Super Node concept. I think it could definitely be beneficial in Texas. Currently, there are several independent meshs in TX. A Super Node might help to bring some of these together. I'm still trying to figure out what hardware is required for a SuperNode and where to obtain the software. I'm retired now so I have time to play.

David, I think south Texas could benefit from a Supernode.  Drop me a note and let's discuss it.   orv.beach@gmail.com
