Network Performance
I was looking at one of the HD ipCams on our network this evening and thinking how far mesh deployments have come in a relatively short period of time.  Just 3 years ago, we were toying with ch 1 and linksys hardware, barely able to go just a few miles with limited quality links struggling to open a web page.     The ipCam I accessed today had smooth video and I could remote control it with instant feedback.  Check out the distance and routing obtainable --QTH to the ipCam:.

QTH -> Saddleback:  4.7m  3420 @ 10 Mhz
Saddleback -> Laguna Woods:  11.4m  ch 149 @ 10Mhz
Laguna Woods -> Pleasants Pk:   15.2m ch 174 @ 10MHz
Pleasants Pk -> Yucaipa:  35.7m ch 168 @ 10Mhz
Yucaipa -> RedLands:  4.2m ch 172 @ 10Mhz
RedLands -> Elsinore Pk:  31m ch 176 @ 10Mhz

Total RF mileage:  102.2 miles
Ave ping time:  37ms

That is pretty darn impressive
Joe,

That is pretty darn impressive and I am proud to be a part of supporting the mission and build out. Thank you for compiling the stats on this and sharing as it really demonstrates the strength of the network, the value it provides in supporting ecomm, while also bringing amateur radio to a new place that creates an appeal for the younger generation.

I just showed the above stats to my son who could not believe this was accomplished purely by RF links. He shared his college sometimes fails to provide these speeds!
