i check on AREDN
i put more BIN but i's same result non good flash error2
it's special BIN for this node ubiquiti NBE-5AC-16D

I think the NBE-5ac-16 is not a supported device.
Which AREDN firmware did you try to load?

is for the Litebeam.
Think you need to figure out if your hardware is XC or WA version. You should be able to figure this out in the OEM AirOS webgui.
Then depending on which version you have:
