Issues upgrading to the new AREDN v3.19.3.0

Hi all,

Eager to try the new firmware.

Just tried to do an upgrade to my Rocket M2 (XM).

1. Downloaded the aredn-3.19.3.0-ubnt-rocket-m-sysupgrade.bin firmware package to my PC.
2. Went to Administration-->Upload Package-->Browse and selected the downloaded firmware package. Upload button remains greyed out.
3. Went to Administration-->Upload Package-->Download Package-->Refresh. Selected aredn-3.19.3.0-ubnt-rocket-m-sysupgrade.bin from the list and clicked the Download button. The node states that it is going through an upgrade and after a bit comes back on the air. Node is reporting it's still at current version: 3.18.9.0.

I'm probably missing something but before I brick the thing (it's 50 feet in the air) I thought I'd ask for some advice.

Similar Experience

I had a similar problem with a Bullet M2 (XM).  I downloaded the new firmware to my laptop and then tried uploading it to the Bullet.  It went through the upload process and then showed the page telling me to wait for the node to reboot twice.  I did that, and then when the node came back up I reconnected and it was still running 3.18.9.0.  I went through the whole process 3 times a few days ago with the same result.  Then this morning I decided to give it one more try, and this time the upgrade succeeded.  I don't think I did anything different today.  So I don't have an answer other than retry a few times and see if your luck changes.

Reset Browser Cache
The browser cache has retained the previous node page.  You need to unplug the Ethernet cable, close all instances of your browser and then reopen it.

I've been bitten by this more than once... and evidenced by the number of posts describing this, this browser cache message is not getting out.
