Invalid Node Name
I just loaded firmware into a Bullet M2 HP.  Upon changing the node name, I found that my callsign was the only Node Name allowed. All others gave me an invalid node name error.  I have reloaded the firmware, however the same conditions are exhibited the second time.  Any ideas. and thanks

Character limitations for node names
Node names can contain up to 63 letters, numbers, and dashes, but cannot begin or end with a dash. Underscores, spaces, or any other characters are not allowed. It's best practice to keep node names as short as possible.

Re Invalid Node Name
Thanks very much for the reply. My node name starts with my call sign K4TTZ and nothing after that is accepted. See attached pic

Node name: spaces are not allowed
There are 2 'spaces' in your example node name.

Re Invalid Node Name
Thanks very much for pointing out the obvious to me.  I had used dashes before and received the same error.  What I didn't notice was the last space.  A second set of eyes is always best.  You and the rest of the forum are awsome!

All works as it should now with all dashes.

Thansk again,

Wayne
