Help with Nanobeam M5-16 (NBE-M5-16) - no LAN

Greetings all!

Looking for anyone that has used these nanobeam M5s, I have one that will go into TFTP mode but never shows a physical link on the switch. I did all the usual, changed the POE injector, ethernet cable and port on the switch (BTW all those work fine for the nanostation loco m5s).  Not sure what my next steps would be other than hit the eTrash with it because I think the LAN may be done with!  it was outside my house for a couple years using airOS and never had a problem.. Packed it away when we moved in 2020 and though, hey I can probalby use these for AREDN..

Any help is appreciated.

I have one of these in service with the PowerBeam M5XW firmware installed. Does it have any AREDN firmware on it yet or are you attempting to TFTP over top of UBNT firmware?

no AREDN firmware...
No sir it is a stock AirMAX OS.. I used it at my last house and it was fine, but that was 3 years ago.. and now I wanted to set it up with AREDN.. SO far no reset button gymnastics seem to be working.  I now have a nanostation local m5 that loses it's LAN but stays on RF after a couple days.  Odd right?

It would be nice to use what I have, but perhaps it is time to upgrade to something newer with higher speeds on RF.  Not sure if I should stick with UI gear in favor of Mikrotik or TPLink.

Time to upgrade
You are pretty much at a dead end with the Nanobeam although there may be hope for recovery, I suggest that you move on to some of the newer Mikrotik LHG or SXQT QRT ac models.  Much better performance and a ongoing support.
