hAP AC Lite tempermental flashing

This has been mentioned and addressed earlier.  I'll just add my recent experience with flashing three new hAP AC Lite nodes.
The first one went just like silk, not a glitch to be had.  Number two, not so easy.  It took three attempts for it to finally take.  The last one
was a real chore.  I spent three hours altogether trying to get it to load and accept the AREDN Firmware.  The last attempt required much more
waiting for things to complete.  These devices appear to have a mind of their own and decide how they proceed with the flashing process.

So, if you are working with the hAP AC Lite device, give it plenty of time, follow the instructions to the letter and do not proceed in haste.  Some work like
clockwork and the next one may just go slower.  This has been my experience with flashing many of these really handy devices as AREDN Mesh Nodes.

Hi, Jim:

I have noticed that it may take around 8 minutes for the hAP to complete a firmware flash.
Just because the lamps stop blinking does not mean it is done with the firmware flash/update/upgrade.
