FCC Gives WISPs Temp Access to 5.9GHz

The FCC just gave WISPs temp access to 5.9GHz sub-band https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-363358A1.pdf

Looking to be optimistic... I guess it'll be an opportunity to test interoperability.

Impact?

For those of us wrapped up in other stuff etc etc (and for the appliance folks), would you please post a summary of the spectrum impact on "our" channels as used in Part 97 for AREDN on "5.8 nodes" per WISPs using "lower 45 megahertz of spectrum in the 5.9 GHz band for 60 days".

TIA,

Given that the FCC has ruled
Given that the FCC has ruled and fined manufactures for allowing a WISP to configure their equipoment to go above 5850, wondering what devices a WISP would be able to use to provide expanded services.   ...in the next 60 days.

Define Temporary

When was the last time anyone saw a temporary government action?  Bet you a donut we are still talking about this next year.
