DD-WRT DTD LINK

I have a DD-WRT AP and DD-WRT Client connected in wireless bridge mode. There is an AREDN Air Router wired to the DD-WRT AP (bullet) and a AREDN M2 Bullet wired to the DD-WRT Client (bullet). How can the two AREDN nodes see eachother over the DTD VLAN via the DD-WRT link?
