I have heard from someone that they are able to block a node from their amateur radio frequencies. For example, there are 10 nodes up and running all with the same SSID , Channel, and bandwidth. Can they prevent the eleventh node from connecting with the same parameters? Is this legal on the ham channels and if so where would that be published?
