Anyone using KN6PLV's waterfall with 3.23.8.0?
Greetings:
I've tried to install the waterfall_0.3_all.ipk package downloaded from https://github.com/kn6plv/waterfall on both my Ubiquiti NanoStation M5 XW and Microtik hAP, both of which have been updated to 3.23.8.0.
On both, after I select the file for Upload Package and wait for a little bit, I get the following error message:
Collected errors:
 * pkg_init_from_file: Malformed package file
/tmp/web/upload/newpkg.ipk.
    What am I doing wrong?
    Thanks, Charles   W1ZPB

I had waterfall working fine
I had waterfall working fine on a BaseBox5 on 3.22.12.0 and I just upgraded to 3.23.8.0

I have re-installed all packages, and redone all the Advertised Services.  The node says the package is loaded and correct.  The waterfall is advertised.

All I get when I click the link is

Bad Gateway

The process did not produce any response

Any idea what's going on?  This is a very useful package.

Try upgrading to the latest waterfall package.  Also, the waterfall app does not work on devices having 802.11ac chipsets.

Rookie error
My problem was that I did a save-as of the .ipk file at https://github.com/kn6plv/waterfall, rather than clicking on it and downloading the raw file.   Now everything is happy:
Installing waterfall (0.5.1) to root...

Please reboot node to update waterfall
page permissions!!
Configuring waterfall.
Thanks for creating this file!
