Any new commercial traffic on the upper end of 5.9 GHz?

Has anyone seen commercial traffic/interference on 5850-5895 MHz (Channel 170-179)?  The FCC recently gave some WISPs temporary access to this segment to handle additional traffic as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.

Personally, I think this was a smoke screen, but if they are actually operating in this segment, we want to know about it.
