having trouble connecting to bullet M2
Hi,
I can't connect to my bullet. The U test program gives me back an error 11003. Can someone tell me what this means?
I can't seem to use my browser to connect to 192.168.1.20 probably for the same reason.
Any help would be appreciated.

Tests.
You do have your computer configured with an address in the 192.168.1.0/24 address range right? And it's only connected to the Bullet, via the POE injector?
Can you ping 192.168.1.20?

problem solved
Thanks, My error, overlooked changing ip of computer. Was able to update firmware successfully.
