Hi,
New user to AREDEN. I have a tunnel connection that is working with a MikroTik router. I was giving an IP extension on the hosted system. I have a Poly vvx-350 for Hams Over Ip. I want to add a second line on that phone vs. adding another phone to the shack. I have used the credentials provided but I've not had an success adding Line 2 for AREDN. Attached is a photo of the Line 2 configuration if anyone can assist. Thanks in advance for your time and assistance!

Oh, by the way, I see your KF0LIF-Home node and searched for devices linked,
but found none. Is your VoIP phone online with an IP address from KF0LIF-Home?
I called your HoIP #, but no answer.
Please let me know if your phone shows a 'missed call'.

The ip phone is online with an internal LAN 192.168.86.26 ip address. Line 1 is configured for HamsOverIP and is working fine. I'm trying to add a configuration for the AREDN phone on Line 2. I have a Mikrotik hAP ac lite router connected to AREDN via a tunnel connection on port 1. The PBX extension is provided by the same person providing the tunnel. Hope that helps. Thanks!
Since your phone is on a 192.168.x.y network,
it has no access to the 10.x.y.z network.
If both PBXs are using port 5060, then that may be another issue.
You may need to have the phone get an AREDN node LAN IP address,
then, in your home router, port forward the HoIP to your VoIP phone's
10.x.y.z address.

Thanks again for your guidance! I moved the configuration settings to a another Polycom phone I had. I plugged the new phone into a lan port on the hAP router. It is now getting a dhcp IP address from the hAP of 10.61.139.117. I ran the ping diagnostic from the phone and was able to ping 8.8.8.8 successfully but still unable to call an extension. If you would be able to call my cell it might speed up the process. 5153700072 Thanks again!
