Backup tunnel credentials from hAP-ac-lite; restore to hAP-ac[2,3]
Is there a procedure to backup tunnel credentials
from a Mikrotik hAP-ac-lite and
restore to a Mikrotik hAP-ac[2,3]?

Copy and paste from one to
Copy and paste from one to the other.  Note, that would not work unless the okld and new device node name were exactly the same.

Tunnel backups
I had to do this when moving tunnels from an ac2 to an OpenWrt One.   The files that need to be copied over are /etc/config.mesh/vtun and /etc/config.mesh/wireguard.

And because I was serving tunnels, I had to repoint my firewall forward rule to the new IP address.
A gotcha was that I had to restart the firewall to clear out cached stuff.
