On stock AREDN firmware, no.
If you track down the appropriate modules from the upstream OpenWRT and do some hand configuration changes, then, yes, but what those specific modules and changes are will vary from one USB modem to another, so it's unlikely to ever be officially supported. Also, you'd likely need to redo those changes each time you upgrade the firmware.
