Looking for PTZ Camera recommendations

Hi folks,
We are trying to get funding to install a weather station on a mountain in middle Tennessee, and was thinking why not add a good PTZ while we are at it.
So i'm hoping to glean some insights on what cameras to get.

We've had good luck with Sunba PTZ cameras.  We use the 405-20X, and typically we can get them for about $265.   A more expensive camera might get you higher resolution (which we don't use - we configure them for 720p to conserve bandwidth), but would also get you better zoom and better optics.  Electronics might get cheaper over time but optics (lenses) don't...
Also, be aware that with high zoom levels, your camera has to be absolutely rock-solid.  We've had difficulty removing camera jiggle during windy periods.
Additionally, modern cameras stream via the RTSP protocol, which has a bit of a learning curve.

Hope that helps.

Horizontal Rotation angle (ie. Azimuth)
No.   I've only seen that feature on very high-end cameras.   (Kilobuck+ category...)
