Voice over IP (VoIP)

If you are a MeshPhone administrator, it is important to completely read the following. I know it is long but understanding all the background information will explain the the current state and the future of the MeshPhone network.

I have revisited my Hams over IP account, now that Hamshack Hotline is ending.

My PBX has an IAX trunk registered at HoIP and am trying to direct incoming
calls to my HoIP extension (100217) to my PBX's Interactive Voice Response system.
Incoming calls from HoIP to 100217 are to reach my IVR wherein a recording
suggests to dial a local PBX extension. 

For my PBX's user extensions, I plan to route 6 digit numbers starting with '1' outbound to HoIP.
100xxx and 101xxx seem to dial-out from any PBX extension.

I have used the Meshphone (N2MH) <> Hamshack Hotline switch from time to time
over the years. We were able to dial-direct to and from Hamshack Hotline and Meshphone.
