A small number of IPQ40xx devices (notably Mikrotik hAP ac3) will not reboot properly and require a power-cycle. This does not affect all devices. There appears to be a hardware bug which is responsible for this. The Linux kernel used in AREDN 4.26.1.0 and earlier did not trigger this bug; the later kernels did. This fix avoids this bug in newer kernels.
When installing this build on a device with this problem, the device will need to be power cycled one last time after flashing as the bug is still in the running code at that time.
