Pretty much all Ethernet gear will negotiate to the highest speed possible, plus half vs full duplex. If you're referring specifically to the gear AREDN uses, all the 802.11N gear is 100 Mbit/sec, and all the 802.11ac gear is 1Gbit/second. All is full-duplex by default.
