TP-Link CPR510 V3.0
Just getting into this and I'm looking for the TP-Link CPE510.  A search on Amazon keeps turning up this package for two EAP-115 bridge nodes.  I'm wondering if this is the same thing, just given a different part number for the package.  Can anyone confirm this?

If they are different, has anyone tried putting the AREDN firmware on one of these?

The real attraction is the V3.0 version supports actual PoE, rather than passive with an adapter.  I thought we were past that by now.  A PoE switch powering the nodes is so much cleaner and easier to deal with.

Thanks!

You may have got your answer already, but they are not the same hardware to mu knowledge. I believe, and I could be wrong, that the reason for the non-standard passive PoE is due to how some wireless sites are powered. There's an availability of 12 and 24 volt sources.
