Tunnel: undocumented

Just noticed w2fha-togf in my NEIGHBOR NODES today.
There are no tunnel credentials for that callsign in my node.
It this what a happens when some creates a tunnel client link without credentials?

Also, notice KC4JIR-HAP-100-WRGA which does have credentials and is 'ON', but
displays similar link characteristics.

Is this what is displayed when there is a tunnel client with
no or invalid tunnel credentails?
